Honestly If I can give this place a -100 I would. This place is horrible and unprofessional. I feel bad for the front desk lady. She has to give face for all the irresponsible and dumb decisions the owner makes. I reached out through a client of his and he the owner clearly clarified that he can do the job. He told me a specific date to tow it. I towed it then told me to turn it around because he forgot in which I wasted a tow. Then he told me to tow it again which I did, he gave me an attitude when it arrived he had it sit there for a week just to tell me he doesn't have time, and for me to get it towed for the third time. I asked him since he made me waste all my time If I can tow it within 15 days he said theres a chance they might tow it in the next 3 days…Great of course. He wasted my tows (x3), my time, and money. I waited 3 months for this clown and just like the clown he is. He cant even run his circus 🤡. This shop is a joke and hes a disgusting unprofessional human. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Mark is a great and very knowledgeable mechanic. His staff are all very courteous and friendly. Service is expertly provided and reasonable. I was referred to him by a couple of people and glad to have found someone close to home to get my motor home ready for a cross country trip. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I appreciate Mark. My TLX had some issues with oil leak and water pump and check engine lights showing on the dashboard. Took it to Mark back in February and he resolved everything. It’s running nice and smooth no issues. Thanks to Mark and Kathy and the whole Silvera & Sons team. Nuff Respect!!

Had a really good experience with Silvera & Son Automotive. They were honest, easy to talk to, and got the job done without any hassle. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to overcharge or push extra stuff. My car’s been running great since, and I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend if you need a reliable mechanic!

Excellent service!!! I had a problem with my Dodge Journey’s alternator, and this shop went above and beyond to help me. My car was showing a battery light and eventually stopped charging completely, so I brought it in thinking it would take days to diagnose and fix. Instead, they quickly identified that the alternator needed to be replaced and explained every step of the process in a clear and honest way. The team was extremely professional, communicated well, and didn’t try to push unnecessary services. They showed me the faulty part, gave me a fair estimate, and completed the repair faster than I expected. After the new alternator was installed, the car started running perfectly again — no more battery issues, no warning lights, and a much smoother drive overall. It’s rare to find a shop that is trustworthy, transparent, and efficient at the same time. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of service and highly recommend them to anyone .
